We are currently recruiting for full time Telesales Agents to join our rapidly expanding Contact Centre.

The key responsibilities for this role will consist of:

• Contacting potential customers to ascertain their mobility difficulties and provide a free information pack to interested parties.
• Arranging appointments for Surveyors to go out to customers homes
• Presenting a friendly and professional image of the Company and dealing with sensitive issues in a compassionate manner.

Skills and Experience Required

• No previous experience is required however, the successful candidate should have a professional and flexible attitude
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• A high standard of personal presentation is essential as is the desire to achieve targets and succeed.
